Square Light

A positionable illuminated two dimensional shape. Created in 6mm matt black powder coated steel, the light can be balanced on its three points according to the space it is placed in. Changing the position of the light alters the intensity and focus of the light. It is heavy, but balanced meaning that it can also be hung over edges, or hooked around architectural features. There are two power inputs for variable positioning of the low voltage cable.

The object is derived from a workshop tool that is often found propped up in a sculptural manner in most designer’s studios.
